Fuente del Jarro 46988 Paterna, Valencia, Spain, makes available to users, hereinafter the “User”.
Acceptance of the Conditions
Access to or use in any form of this Internet portal, hereinafter the “Portal”, implies the User's unconditional acceptance of each and every provision included in these Terms of Use.
It is the User's responsibility to read these Terms of Use carefully each time they access the Portal, as they may have been modified.
The use of certain services offered to Users shall imply the unconditional acceptance of any specific conditions that the Provider may establish.
Purpose
Through the Portal, the Provider gives Users access to various content, services and products made available by the Provider or by third-party suppliers.
The Provider reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and location of the Portal, as well as the services, content and products found therein.
Access Conditions and User Registration
The provision of the Services by the Provider is free of charge and freely available to Users, with no requirement for registration or the submission of personal data, keys or passwords.
However, certain sections of the Portal may require prior registration, and some Services may be subject to payment of a price in accordance with their Specific Conditions.
When it is necessary to provide personal data, the User shall guarantee its truthfulness, accuracy and authenticity and shall be responsible for keeping it up to date.
Minors must first obtain permission and/or authorization from their parents, guardians or legal representatives in order to use the Portal Services.

- Induce or promote criminal, defamatory, violent or unlawful conduct.
- Promote discriminatory attitudes on the grounds of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition.
- Include criminal, violent, offensive, harmful or public-order-infringing content.
- May induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear.
- Encourage dangerous, risky or harmful practices for health.
Industrial and Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the Portal content are the exclusive property of the Provider and/or third parties.
Under no circumstances does access to the Portal imply any waiver, transfer, license or total or partial assignment of such rights.
If any User or third party considers that any content infringes their intellectual or industrial property rights, they must send a communication to: info@monouso-direct.com.
The communication must include:
- Name, surname, postal address and email address of the complainant.
- Statement of ownership of the rights allegedly infringed.
- Precise description of the protected content and its location on the Portal.
- Express statement that the use has been carried out without the rights holder's consent.
Copyright
The content, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, sounds, videos, animations, computer programs, source codes and other intellectual creations existing on this site are protected by intellectual property legislation.
Personal Use
The Provider authorizes Users to use, view, print, download and store the Portal content exclusively for personal, private and non-profit use.
Its use, reproduction, communication or distribution for commercial or profit-making purposes, as well as its modification, alteration or decompilation, is prohibited.
Reservation of Actions
The User undertakes to respect the rights stated and to avoid any action that could harm them.

The Portal makes available to Users technical linking devices that allow access to pages and/or websites belonging to third parties.
The Provider is not responsible for, does not approve and does not adopt as its own the products, services, content, information or materials existing on such web pages.
The Provider does not guarantee or assume responsibility for damages arising from:
- The operation, availability or continuity of linked sites.
- The maintenance of information, content and services on such sites.
- The provision or transmission of content and services existing on linked sites.
- The quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of such content and services.
Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
The Provider does not guarantee the availability or continuity of operation of the Portal or other linked websites.
The Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from:
- Lack of availability or accessibility of the Portal.
- Interruption of Portal operation or computer failures.
- Lack of suitability of the Portal for the specific needs of Users.
- Damage caused by third parties through unauthorized intrusions.
Privacy and Security in the Use of the Portal
The Provider does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements introduced by third parties that may cause alterations to Users' systems.
The Provider adopts protection measures against computer attacks, but does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot access the use that the User makes of the Portal.
Return of Orders in the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
All products purchased at www.monouso-direct.com may be returned and refunded provided that the customer communicates their intention to return them within a maximum period of 14 business days from the delivery date.
The communication must be made by fax to +34 936 850 908 or by email to info@monouso-direct.com.
MonoUso-Direct.com will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same protective box or packaging received, or a similar one.
- A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be included, marking the returned products and the reason.
After examining the item, it will be communicated whether the refund of the amounts paid is applicable. Only the amount of the items will be refunded, never reimbursement or shipping costs.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, always within 30 days from the date on which the intention to withdraw was notified.
This provision does not apply to personalized items, made-to-order purchases, products outside the catalogue or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Return Guarantee
If, upon receiving the order, the customer is not satisfied, they have 7 business days from the date of receipt to return it unused and exchange it for another product.
The collection and new shipping costs shall be borne by MonoUso if:
- The product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- The product is not the one requested or has a defect.
- The product has been damaged during transport and this has been noted on the receipt document.
To make the return, the customer must send an email to info@monouso-direct.com before returning the order.
Costs caused by returns made without prior contact and without an authorization number will not be assumed.
The customer must provide:
- Order number.
- Email address.
- Reason for the return.
Warranty of Purchased Products
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, MonoUso is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
In the event of lack of conformity, notice must be given within two months from the time it became known by sending an email to info@monouso-direct.com, indicating the details, invoice number and anomaly detected.
Protection of Personal Data
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007, all personal data provided will be included in an automated file under the responsibility of ENVALIA GROUP.
Customers may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by requesting it in writing from ENVALIA GROUP, Personal Data Reference, C/ Anselmo Clavé P.I Matacàs Nave 31, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona, or by email to lopd@envalia.es.
The customer gives consent to ENVALIA GROUP to receive advertising for its own or third-party services or products.
The website uses cookies and files that make it possible to know the activity carried out by users. The tool used for tracking and analyzing visits is Google Analytics.
The User may refuse data processing through the appropriate configuration of their browser.
Prohibition of Unsolicited Commercial Communications
The User undertakes not to:

- Send unsolicited chains of electronic messages.
- Use distribution lists accessible through the Services.

Modification and Termination of Services

Applicable Law
The parties submit, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
As an entity affiliated with CONFIANZA ONLINE, the User may use the out-of-court dispute resolution system of CONFIANZA ONLINE: www.confianzaonline.es.
