Right of Withdrawal

Because your order was placed as a guest, the right of withdrawal can only be granted to the person who actually placed the order. To prove this without the original email, please contact our customer service directly with whatever information you can provide. The more you give, the faster we can locate your order:

Best case — you remember the order number:

• Order number (visible on the original order confirmation page, on the invoice, or on the bank statement reference if your payment provider included it).
• Proof of payment: bank statement, card transaction screenshot or payment-provider receipt showing the amount and the merchant name.

You don't have the order number — give us anything you remember:

• Approximate purchase date (a date range works).
• Product(s) ordered or the total amount paid.
• Shipping address used, or any alternative email you might have used.
• Last 4 digits of the card used, PayPal/payment-provider account name, or any other payment trace.

Optional but speeds things up:

• A copy of any official identity document matching the name on the order. Not mandatory — we can also verify your identity with the items above.

We will reply within a reasonable timeframe and, once your identity is verified, restore access so you can complete your withdrawal request. This manual review exists to prevent fraudulent withdrawal attempts and to protect your personal data.
