Once harvested, they are cleaned and treated with heat and pressure to give them the desired shape.

  • Resistant to all types of food: once you have them in your hand you will be surprised by their hardness, but you will also be able to serve any food on your menu, as they resist both hot and cold dishes, liquids, oily or greasy.
