However, did you know that this method can extend the shelf life of food up to five times longer than usual?

It is very important to note that it is necessary to complement this method with other preservation techniques, such as refrigeration or freezing, in order to extend the shelf life of food.

Vacuum embossed bags: guaranteed protection

Vacuum bags are made of polyamide and polyethylene, and have a smooth side and an embossed side. But why? The presence of embossed channels facilitates the efficient removal of air from the interior more effectively, ensuring complete and efficient vacuum packaging. This is valid for domestic packaging machines as well as for chamber or professional packaging machines.

The combination of these materials and the embossed face offers exceptional strength for storing a wide variety of foods. In addition, its transparency is remarkably high, allowing the contents inside to be quickly identified.

For refrigerating, freezing or cooking? It's up to you!

These bags are incredibly versatile and have numerous advantages. They are perfect for packaging sausages, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables, sauces, meats and practically any food you can imagine. But that's not all, they are also ideal for cooking food using the well-known French technique called "sous-vide", as they can withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes and are useful for carrying out the pasteurisation process.
