It is very important to note that it is necessary to complement this method with other preservation techniques, such as refrigeration or freezing, in order to extend the shelf life of food.
These vacuum packaging bags are made of polyamide and polyethylene and are specially designed for use with chamber or professional vacuum packing machines. The combination of these materials offers exceptional strength for storing a wide variety of foods. In addition, their transparency is remarkably high, allowing the contents inside to be quickly identified.
These bags are incredibly versatile and have numerous advantages. They are perfect for packaging sausages, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables, sauces, meats and practically any food you can imagine. But that's not all, they are also ideal for cooking food using the well-known French technique called"sous-vide", as they can withstand temperatures of up to 90 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes and are useful for carrying out the pasteurisation process.
