Misleading advertising

I bought this item. It clearly states that it measures 16 cm in diameter and it measures 20 cm. I am told that it is correct that the base is what measures 16 cm. They should specify it well.

Arrived incomplete

The box with the brackets came open and one was missing. I am still waiting for a replacement. Their only response so far was to give me a penny voucher....

They break

They come tucked inside each other and when you take them out, they break.
